8.2.7. The fuel distributor with клапанными atomizers


The prevention

Provide good aeration of a workplace! Fuel steams are poisonous, avoid application of open fire because of danger of occurrence of a fire!

1. Disconnect from the plug of the storage battery a weight wire (–).
The prevention

The anticreeping code of radio is thus erased.

2. Reduce pressure of steams of fuel, for this purpose quickly open a cover of a bulk mouth of a fuel tank.
3. Remove a cross-section pipe of the air filter.
4. Remove a hose (1) for removal of air from картера.
5. Remove a hose (40/11) which are under depression.
6. Remove from the coil of ignition of a wire of a high voltage and disconnect them from spring clips on the fastening device.
7. Unscrew bolts (17/4) of clips топливопровода (17/5). Pay attention to that nuts (17/6) have not dropped out.
8. Turn off submitting (17/2) and drain (17/3) топливопроводы. For this purpose ослабьте накидную a nut and a hollow bolt (17/7).
The prevention

Before separation топливопроводов lay thick rags over connections to catch the rests of the fuel which are thrown out by probably remained residual pressure.

9. Remove штеккерные sockets клапанных atomizers (arrow).
10. Unscrew bolts (17/1) and remove распорные plugs (17/8).
11. Cautiously extend from an inlet gas pipeline the fuel distributor (17) together with клапанными atomizers.


1. Insert the fuel distributor with new sealing rings of round section.
2. Insert распорные plugs and screw the fuel distributor.
3. Pull штеккерный a socket for клапанных atomizers.
4. Screw топливопроводы with new sealing rings.
5. Fix the drain pipeline on the fuel distributor by means of clips.
6. Spread high voltage wires on coils of ignition and fix them in spring clips on the fastening device.
7. Насаживайте a hose for removal of air from картера so that arrows on a hose and a rubber flange stood opposite each other.
8. Establish a cross-section pipe of the air filter.
9. Attach to the plug of the storage battery a weight wire (–).
10. Establish time for hours.
11. Enter an anticreeping code of radio.
12. Start the engine and check up tightness of junctions топливопроводов.
