Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Unscrew ignition coils. 9. Remove a line (77/2) going to the reclaiming valve. 10. Unscrew the pipeline (23) being under depression going to the amplifier of a brake drive. 11. Remove and mark a sticky tape all pipelines on the inlet gas pipeline which is under depression. 12. Unscrew on an inlet gas pipeline a bolt (15/1) from a rack of the pump of strengthening of a steering drive. 13. Remove directing detail (30/5). Thus at first Take from it a plastic nipple. 14. Unhook a cable of management of gas (30). For this purpose enter through a cut in кулисном the lever (32/6) тросовый a drive. Compress a plastic spring clip (30/4) and extend on a support (32/3) cable of Boudena (a steel wire in a flexible twisted cover). 15. An automatic transmission: unhook the cable of Boudena regulating operating pressure. 16. Темпомат: unhook connecting draught. 17. Unscrew bolts (19/1) and nuts (19/2). 18. Take an inlet gas pipeline.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear sealing surfaces and check up their ruler on absence of curvatures. 2. Screw an inlet gas pipeline with new consolidation (19/3). Alternately hardly tighten bolts with the moment 20 Н.м. (Rough value). 3. Темпомат: hang connecting draught. 4. An automatic transmission: hang the cable of Boudena regulating operating pressure, and adjust this cable. 5. Enter a cable of management of gas through an aperture in a support, press it into a support and fix. 6. Hang together with a directing detail a cable of management of gas. Pay attention to that the plastic nipple has been fixed in a directing detail. 7. Ослабьте a rack of the pump of strengthening of a steering drive, then insert a bolt (15/1) to an inlet gas pipeline and twist it. Hardly tighten a rack of the pump of strengthening of a steering drive. 8. According to the marks made earlier spread on an inlet gas pipeline all pipelines which are under depression. 9. Screw the pipeline of the amplifier of a brake drive being under depression. 10. Spread the pipeline (77/2) going to the reclaiming valve. 11. Establish ignition coils. 12. Screw a rack of an inlet gas pipeline. 13. Connect electric wires to an executive office of system of regulation of frequency of rotation of a shaft of the engine idling. Fix a collar and fix wires in a spring clip. 14. Establish and screw a vessel стеклоомывателя. 15. Screw a well with wires. 16. Establish the fuel distributor together with клапанными atomizers. 17. Mount a cross-section pipe of the air filter. 18. Adjust a cable of management of gas. 19. Attach to the plug of the storage battery a weight wire (–). Establish time for hours. 38. Enter an anticreeping code of radio. 20. Start the engine and check up tightness of all connections. 21. Check up idling system (work for a repair truck).

Removal

1. Remove a cross-section pipe of the air filter. 2. Disconnect from the storage battery a weight wire. The prevention The anticreeping code of radio is thus erased. 3. An automatic transmission: on the regulation block unhook a cable of Boudena for regulation of operating pressure. 4. Unhook connecting draught of the valve of regulation of pressure (200). 5. Unhook connecting draught (204) pumps of atomizers. 6. Unhook a plastic spring clip from a cable of gas (228). 7. Unscrew 4 bolts (205) and take aside adjusting draught. 8. Unscrew on the vacuum pump the vacuum pipeline. 9. Dismantle a ventilating line of the engine (107). 10. Unhook fixing clips (54/1) топливопровода a high pressure on an inlet gas pipeline. 11. Unscrew bolts (109) at the left and on the right on the holder of an inlet gas pipeline. 12. Unscrew bolts (108). 13. Unscrew an inlet gas pipeline.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear sealing surfaces and check up them on planeness by means of a ruler and measuring щупа. 2. Screw an inlet gas pipeline with new sealing rings of round section. Alternately tighten bolts with the moment 25 Н.м. (Rough value). 3. Screw the holder for an inlet gas pipeline. 4. Take on spring clips топливопровод a high pressure. 5. Establish a ventilating line of the engine. 6. Screw on the vacuum pump the vacuum pipeline. 7. Screw adjusting draught. 8. Screw on an inlet gas pipeline plastic spring clips. 9. Hang connecting draught of the pump of atomizers. 10. Hang connecting draught of gas. 11. An automatic transmission: hang and adjust a cable of Boudena for regulation of operating pressure. 12. Establish a cross-section pipe of the air filter. 13. Check up installation of an inlet gas pipeline. 14. Attach to the plug of the storage battery a weight wire. Expose time for hours. Enter an anticreeping code of radio. 15. Start the engine, check up tightness of all connections. 16. Check up car work idling (repair truck work).
