If at repair of a head of the block of cylinders the lining of a head of the block, a radiator, the heat exchanger or the engine in each case replace a cooling liquid have been replaced. It is necessary, because on the new details made of an easy alloy, during the period обкатки anticorrosive products of disintegration are besieged and form a strong anticorrosive layer. At the cooling liquid which was in the use of these anticorrosive products of disintegration, as a rule, contains insufficiently that on new details to form a necessary protective layer.

If within the limits of carrying out of other repair work the cooling liquid merges, use it repeatedly.


The prevention

The cooling liquid is poisonous, and it cannot be poured out or mixed simply with household dust, and it is necessary to merge in special places.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a weight wire (–) the storage battery.

2. Turn a cover on a compensatory tank to the left while it will not be fixed also superfluous pressure will not disappear from cooling system. Then further turn a cover and completely it remove.
The prevention

If the engine hot, before cover removal lay round it a thick rag to avoid burns because of the allocated hot cooling liquid or its steams. Uncover only at liquid temperatures more low 90 With.


3. Remove the bottom cover of a motor compartment.
4. Spread on the drain union of a radiator (marksman) a hose with internal diameter 12 mm.
5. Establish under a radiator a pure reception vessel. Enter a hose into a reception vessel and open a carving stopper of a drain aperture (3).

1. Spread on a stopper of a drain aperture (4) on the block of cylinders of the engine a hose with internal diameter 12 mm.
2. Establish under the engine a pure reception vessel, enter into it a hose and only ослабьте a carving stopper of a drain aperture, without unscrewing it completely.
3. Completely merge cooling liquid.
4. Tighten a carving stopper of a drain aperture on the block of cylinders of the engine with the moment 30 Н.м.
5. Screw in a carving stopper of a drain aperture on a radiator with the moment from 1,5 to 2 Н.м. (Manually).
6. If насажен, remove a drain hose.
7. Establish the bottom cover of a motor compartment.

Refuelling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check up the antifreeze maintenance in a cooling liquid.
2. Fill in cooling liquid to a mark (arrow) through a bulk branch pipe of a compensatory tank (2). At motor vehicles without a separate compensatory tank – to a mark in a bulk branch pipe, in case of a black top part of a tank – prior to the beginning of a black part.
3. Connect to the storage battery a weight wire.
4. Leave to get warm the engine idling until the regulator of thermostabilization of a cooling liquid (temperature of a cooling liquid nearby 100 C) will open. Thus establish heating on a total power and jerky press an accelerator pedal.
The prevention

At temperature of a cooling liquid from 60 to 70 C close a compensatory tank.


5. Check up tightness шланговых connections of system of cooling, and also carving stoppers of drain apertures and the pump of system of liquid cooling.
6. Expose time for hours.
7. Enter an anticreeping code of radio.
