PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a head of the block of cylinders.
2. Check up a head of the block of cylinders / the motor block on a deflection at length and width by means of a ruler and a set of templates. On all length the deflection should not exceed 0,08 mm. On all width of a deflection should not be.

3. Check up planeness of a head of the block of cylinders also on the top sealing surface to a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. The maximum deviation should make no more than 0,1 mm.
The prevention

If on a partition between the entrance and target valve lungs of scratches in replacement of a head of the block of cylinders there is no necessity are found out. If the surface of a head of the block of cylinders, especially a surface of division of chambers of combustion, rough, deformed or has type small damages рисок, scratches etc., – that the damaged surfaces grind. It does not concern a sealing surface of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.


4. The engine in volume of 2,0 l: the general height of a head of the block of cylinders makes Н = 142,9–143,1 mm.
After grinding the height of a head of the block of cylinders should be not less Н = 142,2 mm.
The height of microroughnesses of a sealing surface should not be more than 0,004 mm. At distance from the end of a core of the valve to a surface of the bearing of camshaft Н1 = 20,4–21,4 mm it is possible to use this valve further. At Н1 = 21,4–21,97 mm it is necessary to establish the new valve in length of 106,4 mm. At Н1 = 19,5–20,3 mm it is possible to establish the repaired valve in length of 105,5 mm.
After possible polishing of a surface of the motor block pay attention to the maximum size of a ledge of the piston which should be 0,74–0,96 mm. At a ledge of 0,96-1,16 mm establish thicker sealing lining of a head of the block of cylinders (1,85 mm).
In the ground head of the block of cylinders before its installation it is necessary to check up valve backlog () and a prechamber ledge. A prechamber ledge: 7,6–8,1 mm.
