For an inhaling of a nut of a semiaxis the wrench with regulated at least to 220 Н.м is required. The moment.


1. Unscrew a nut of fastening of a semiaxis with the help двенадцатигранного face key SW 30.

Thus, in order to avoid accident, the car should stand on wheels, transfer should be included, and a lay brake will tighten.

2. Designate a paint position of wheels in relation to a nave. Thanks to it after removal it will be possible to return the balanced wheel into place. Release bolts of wheels when the car costs on the earth, then put it behind on supports and remove back wheels.
3. Unscrew полуось (37) from a connecting flange (33). For this purpose unscrew bolts with an internal polyhedron (35) (key SW 10, for example HAZET 2751 or 990 SLg 10) and remove them together with lock washers (34).

The prevention

Watch correct landing of a key in heads of bolts. It is desirable to clear preliminary internal polyhedrons in heads of bolts.

4. Put a garage jack under the suspension bracket lever, raise the lever that полуось became approximately horizontally. Do not forget a wooden lining between the lever and a jack.

At lifting watch to raising the car from supports.

5. Put forward полуось, then reject obliquely downwards.

Watch that at semiaxis removal the shaft cover has not unscrewed.

6. Take полуось from a nave. If it sits strongly, use the usual suitable adaptation for its expression from a flange.
7. Get полуось, check up rubber cuffs and a cover on tightness and damage, if necessary repair.


1. Clear a surface between a flange and a semiaxis cover.
2. Insert a shaft into a nave.
3. Attach a shaft to a connecting flange.
4. Put new washers and new bolts with an internal polyhedron.
The prevention

Preliminary slightly grease a carving and a surface прилегания bolts. Measure diameter of a carving as the inhaling moment depends on it.

5. Tighten bolts in diameter of 10 mm with the moment 70 Н.м. In a crosswise order, and bolts in diameter of 12 mm with the moment 100 Н.м.
6. Lower and remove a garage jack.
7. Put back wheels so that the mark a paint on a wheel and a nave has coincided. Screw wheels. Lower the car and tighten bolts of wheels with the moment 110 Н.м.
8. Screw new двенадцатигранную a nut of fastening of a semiaxis in a nave and tighten with the moment 220 Н.м.
The prevention

Preliminary slightly grease a carving and a surface прилегания.

At this operation the car should stand on wheels. The nut is essentially replaced. At screwing up the lay brake should be tightened and transfer is included.

9. Зачеканьте a nut of fastening of a semiaxis on a fillet (marksman) for what hammer a fillet of a nut with a punch into a shaft cut.
