10.2.2. Back shock-absorbers (cars without a regulator of a road gleam)

In case of repair it is possible to put shock-absorbers of any manufacturers provided that their marks, for example, "H2 orange" (Н2 orange) are observed.


1. Disconnect fastenings of an upholstery of a luggage carrier and remove it.
The prevention

Shock-absorbers serve as an emphasis of a spring of back wheels. Therefore to disconnect the top fastening of the shock-absorber it is better on the car standing on wheels. If the car is lifted, it is necessary to prop up the suspension bracket lever, the bridge differently will fall out. At unscrewing of the top fastening the rod of the piston of the shock-absorber since fastening of the working cylinder can unscrew should not be turned and occur accident.

2. Unscrew nuts (75а). If the piston rod is thus turned, keep it from проворачивания for лыски рожковым a key. At counternut unscrewing keep the bottom nut рожковым a key on 17.
3. Raise the car behind.
4. There, where is available, remove a casing of the lever of a suspension bracket (72с), having unscrewed 2 bolts (72d).
5. Unscrew a nut (75I) on the lever of a suspension bracket and Take a bolt with a washer (75h).
6. Take the shock-absorber (75) of the lever of a suspension bracket (72) and from the bearing basis of a body. If it to make difficultly, press the shock-absorber a screw-driver through an aperture in the lever, then take out the shock-absorber downwards.


1. Before installation check up the shock-absorber.
2. Check up rubber details on porosity and damages, if necessary - replace.
3. New shock-absorbers are delivered complete with the persistent buffer (75i), a protective cap (75f), a rubber support (75d) and the dimensional plug (75k).
4. Put shock-absorbers colour marks back.
5. Put a bolt (75h) and tighten its new самоконтрящейся a nut with the moment 55 Н.м.
6. Screw a casing of the lever of a suspension bracket.
7. Slowly lower the car, thus enter the shock-absorber into the top fixing aperture.
8. Put on a rubber ring (75c) and a washer (75b).
9. Screw up both nuts (75а) on a shock-absorber rod. Thus the bottom nut screw up up to the end with the moment 15 Н.м., and a counternut tighten with the moment 30 Н.м. Watch that the piston rod was not turned, keeping it if necessary for лыски.
10. Put an upholstery of a luggage carrier and latch fastenings.
