It is possible to replace shock-absorbers one by one, paying attention not to their manufacturer, and on conditional colouring and marks, for example, "V1 orange" (orange).
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Designate a paint position of forward wheels in relation to a nave. Thanks to it the balanced wheel comes back after removal in the same position. Release bolts of wheels before car lifting. Raise the car in front and remove forward wheels. |
2. Remove from below protection of a motor compartment. |
3. Shock-absorbers simultaneously serve as a reverse motion emphasis. Put a garage jack under the bottom lever of a suspension bracket and, applying a wooden lining, slightly raise it that after removal of the shock-absorber the suspension bracket has not fallen downwards. |
4. Remove a forward casing of a motor compartment. Because of inconvenient access to the top fastening of the shock-absorber on the right party of the car the relay of protection against an overstrain should be removed. |
5. At a diesel engine the gas drive, and at a diesel engine with an automatic transmission – the operating valve of depression at the left acts in film. |

6. Unscrew a counternut and a shock-absorber nut, keeping thus a rod of the shock-absorber a wrench for two лыски that it was not turned. Remove washers and a rubber support. |

7. Unscrew a nut (11u) on the lever of a suspension bracket (31), take a bolt (11k) with a washer and remove the shock-absorber. |
The prevention The garage jack can be removed. The suspension bracket has an emphasis on the top lever which lays down on a longeron and prevents the further reverse motion.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Check up presence of the persistent buffer (11b), a protective sleeve (11f) and the dimensional plug (11u), if necessary – put on. On new shock-absorbers these details are put already on. Put демпфер (11d). |
2. Put the shock-absorber with a bolt on the bottom lever, having put on washers, and screw on a bolt new самоконтрящуюся a nut. Tighten it with the moment 55 Н.м. |
3. By means of a garage jack put the suspension bracket lever in the position necessary for installation of the top support of the shock-absorber. |
4. Put on in front of a motor compartment a shock-absorber rod a rubber support (11c) and a washer (11b). |
5. Screw a nut of a rod with the moment 15 Н.м., keeping thus a shock-absorber rod for лыски a wrench. Tighten a counternut the moment 30 Н.м., keeping thus a nut from проворачивания. |
6. Remove a garage jack. |
7. Put protection of a motor compartment. |
8. Put on wheels, observing marks of their former position earlier put by a paint. Screw wheels. Lower the car on wheels and in a crosswise order tighten bolts of wheels with the moment 110 Н.м. |
9. Insert the overstrain relay. |
10. At diesel models put a gas drive, accordingly, the operating valve of the lowered pressure. |
